Loved the eggplant pickle although I didn’t read the recipe properly and should have made it earlier and put it in the fridge instead of cooking it at the same time as the Chicken curry as I wanted to have it together. It was still warm but nice with the curry.
Used the chicken curry and beef kits and it was absolutely delicious!! I am Sri Lankan and the chicken curry tasted like my mom’s curry. Will be ordering again.
