I’ve purchased several Curry Spice packs over the years and frequently also make my own Sri Lankan curries . This was by far and away the tastiest product I have ever purchased, it was easy to cook and retained a robust flavour, the Sambal was super quick to assemble and also really delicious. These recipe kits are the best idea ever. All the ingredient portions are perfectly measured and the curries come together so nicely. It's so convenient and efficient and cuts down cooking time drastically compared to trying to make the curries from scratch.

I was born in Australia, however my parents are Sri Lankan burgers , I can honestly say your kit is very authentic and also a positive being mild so my wife can enjoy without the chilli , I even added diced potatoes
