How to Use Kit

It is incredibly versatile; as water, milk, shredded, toasted, the fresh sweet & nutty flesh by itself. We add coconut milk to our Sri Lankan Chicken Curry toward the end of the cooking process. Not only does it create a rich & flavorful sauce, it also tempers and balances the lively spices.
