How to Use Kit

Ingredients

Its taste and smell is hard to describe, but it’s a delightful mix of vanilla, grassy, and coconut. Pandan Leaves are versatile in South Asian and South East Asian cooking, showing up in leaf form or as extracts in sweet or savoury foods (look up Green Waffles! 👀). And in Sri Lanka, we love using it in savoury dishes, like our Beef Curry!
